Enhancement: Maximize detail/bottom panel

In addition to full screen project table, users can expand detail/bottom panel to its maximum size. Users can switch between max. size of detail/bottom panel and last its last size.

Bug fix: ‘UnZip error’ warning message in Installation of published custom settings (Template and user images)

User images defined in Template to be used in ProMo+ are now not locked as it prevented their overwriting and also warning message 'UnZip error'.

With opened TEMPLATE.xlsx file, instead of 'UnZip error' message, user is informed that this file wasn't unzipped properly.
