When reading data from a WBS branch (a chapter) it specifies where to read the data from.

Name	Value	Description
Auto	0	Top line of the branch when the bottom is blank; or bottom otherwise.
Bottom	2	Bottom line of the branch
Top	1	Top line of the branch.
