Bug Fix: On tiny resolution screen, final message of click once was hidden

When using small resolution screens such as 800x600, the final message which appeared after the click once installation was hidden by the installation window.

Change: ProMo+ Optimized for the Framework 4.0 client profile

Sometimes, ProMo+ required some extensions of the Framework 4.0. We now enforce the client profile which is the most basic framework.
