Enhancement: Selection of child item also by double click in Child window in addition to current drag&drop to detail panel

In addition to current drag&drop of an item from Child window to detail panel, it is now possible to select the item by double click on the row in table either in row header (first internal column) or a cell. The drag&drop is now also possible by starting the drag from row header, not only from a cell.

Change: ProMo+ custom settings update - Information about the performed update is displayed once main window is displayed instead of while About window is displayed

The information message is now displayed once main window is displayed to prevent the issue with sometimes the message box hidden behind About window. It is now ensured that this message appears always in front of main window.
