Enhancement/bug fix: PMPService action and admin emails – multiple addresses supported

There have been few changes in support for email for PM actions and PM admin email.

In PM Test application, in ‘Send test email’ function, several email addresses can be specified separated by comma, also GetEmailFromAD(login) is supported here.

It was already possible to specify several email addresses in PM actions, but not several with GetEmailFromAD function. It is now possible to combine normal email addresses and GetEmailFromAD functions and more can be specified for a PM action.

PM Admin email now supports also several email addresses like PM action emails.

Enhancement: Log files extended

Some information has been added to log files!
