There can be three main areas in an overhead worksheet - Core estimate, Overhead task and Optional
area.
The core area and the options area are always present. If the estimate contains an overhead minute, also the overhead minute area is set. Otherwise the positions are -1 for the overhead minute area.
The areas are present only in the following worksheet types:
