	WbsProportionalRounding(long, int)

	PriceLevel	Gets the price level for this proportional rounding in WBS. The rounding will be applied if the price is less than this price level.
	Rounding	Gets or sets a value that specifies the number of decimal places or the nearest value to round to in the WBS. Applies to selling prices.
